I want to make a website, to sell a product, and am having a difficult time finding good, inexpensive web hosting, domain registration, and a merchandise cart.

I use Yahoo webhostin and Yahoo Sitebuilder , and it works for me at the rate you want to pay.

Other Replys:I would suggest looking at PC Magazine or PC World and the advertisements in those for some basic information. You can find those magazines in many stores like Walmart or book stores, and the information in them is pretty detailed. Good luck in your search.

PS. There are MANY choices out there, so do your shopping carefully. Sites like Yahoo and MSN offer webbuilding help but sometimes thier help can be a little skimpy.
